Names and faces

Bryan Boudreaux, Regions Bank; John Fain, Grapevine Communications Advertising Agency; Brad Laudicina, OD, The Eye Center; Tricia McKay Powers, Blake Medical Center; and Darlette Tice, RN, BSN, MPM, Manatee Memorial Hospital, have joined the board of directors for We Care Manatee, a nonprofit health care organization. Comprised of 15 leaders from the local medical, health care, insurance, legal, banking and accounting sectors, the board of directors governs all ongoing operations and helps promote the mission of We Care Manatee. Members of the board are elected to one-year terms and meet every other month.

WCI Communities has named Shelly Rhoda to the sales staff at Westshore Yacht Club, its boating community on Old Tampa Bay in South Tampa. Since joining WCI in 2005 as an internet homes consultant, Rhoda has earned numerous awards for productivity and sales. Originally from Cleveland, she attended John Carroll University and relocated to Tampa in 2000.

Laura Way has joined the Sarasota office of RE/MAX Alliance Group as a buyer's agent with The Brewer Team. A licensed Realtor since 2002, and formerly associated with Van Der Noord Realty, she returns to the real estate field after doing operations for her husband's tech firm. A native of Charlotte County and graduate of Edison State College in Fort Myers, Way has lived in the Sarasota/Bradenton area since 2001.

Nicole Caldwell has been named director of sales for Neal Communities. Caldwell joined Neal Communities as area sales manager in February 2012. As director of sales, she will lead a team of more than 30 people, plus two area sales managers, and two online sales counselors, from Ellenton to Englewood. Her role will focus on strategic planning for sales.

Kaizen Total Wellness has hired Kristina Wilson as a physical therapist and Nora Clemens as a dietician. Wilson received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Her focus during her doctorate studies included a manual therapy track.

Clemens is a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist and certified food sensitivities therapist. She

has been a nutrition expert for more than 30 years. She received her BS degree in food and nutrition from Florida State University and completed her internship at Emory University.

Yvonne Gooldy, a Realtor with Michael Saunders & Company, has been awarded Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors.

Joshua A. McCoy has been named president of SunTrust Bank in Manatee County. He reports to Steve Vito, president and chief executive officer of the Southwest Florida region. A nine-year SunTrust veteran, McCoy has served as commercial, institutional and government relationship manager for Southwest Florida. McCoy earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of the University of South Florida executive MBA class of 2015.

Nicole Dollison has been named chief operating officer at Manatee Memorial Hospital. Dollison worked at Bergan Mercy Medical Center as vice president of operations. Prior to that, she worked for Creighton University Medical Center in various administrative positions. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
