Mattison's Forty-One Chef Camp: The fourth annual Chef Camp at Mattison's Forty-One, 7275 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, is offering several one-week sessions: Advanced Skills Camp (July 7-11), Pastry Chef Camp (July 21-25) and Partner Chef Camp (Aug. 11-15).
