MANATEE -- A 21-year-old man was charged with sexually assaulting his girlfriend's 14-year-old daughter on at least two occasions, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said Derek Jwaune Mack admitted to the attacks, one of which he videotaped.

Mack lived with his girlfriend and her 14-year-old daughter, according to a report. He sexually assaulted the girl on at least two separate occasions between Dec. 1, 2013 and May 31, and video recorded the incident once.

Mack confessed to two incidents of sexual assault, to recording one incident and to asking the girl to have sex with him, though she refused, according to deputies. Deputies have already recovered some of the video footage.

The suspect also had marijuana in his pocket, according to the report.

Mack was charged with two counts of custodial sexual battery, lewd conduct and possession of marijuana.
