Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - The Pittsburgh Pirates activated pitcher Wandy Rodriguez off the 15-day disabled list Thursday.

Rodriguez, who has been out since April 21 with right knee inflammation, will start Thursday's game against the Brewers in Milwaukee.

The 35-year-old left-hander has surrendered a league-high seven home runs while going 0-2 with a 7.65 earned run average over four starts this season.

Pittsburgh optioned outfielder Jaff Decker to Triple-A Indianapolis to make room for Rodriguez.
