From the Palm Beach Post via the Miami Herald:

A Wellington man was arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle that he later said he purchased “from a crackhead for $20,” according to a probable cause affidavit.

The 2012 Jeep Wrangler was reported stolen Saturday from Wellington residence on Chandelle Place and found two days later in Lantana by the Lantana Police Department, the report said.

Police later identified Justin Bean, 25, as the driver of the stolen vehicle, the report said. After some questioning, Bean said he knew the vehicle was stolen but he needed a ride and purchased it “from a crackhead.”

Bean was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail for booking.
