Going extra mile, shirt and all, with customer service at Lakewood Ranch car dealer

In our fast-paced, modern-day society, it seems honest and friendly customer service has faded away in favor of selling less product for more money with no regard for treating others with respect and courtesy.

This was not true for me one recent day, and I need to yell it from the highest mountaintop!

I purchased a new car from C.J. Wilson at Toyota of Lakewood Ranch. He was very honest and did everything possible to ensure I was happy with my car purchase and trade.

In fact, he even gave me the shirt off of his back! Yep, a teal blue, fitted men's dress shirt.
