From the Palm Beach Post via the Miami Herald:

Riviera Beach police arrest a man they believe held a gun to his girlfriend’s head and recorded the altercation on video.

Leonard Peeples, 24, faces charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, aggravated battery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He remains in the Palm Beach County jail on $160,000 bond.

According to the report, Peeples confronted his girlfriend because he thought she was cheating on him after he saw a video from an unidentified man on her phone. She told investigators she tried to explain to Peeples that the man who sent the video through Glide, a free video-messaging application for smart phones, was from her past.

Peeples then grabbed and cocked the gun, placing it against her head and saying he was going to kill her, according to the arrest report.

In the video, police say he can be heard saying, “You see what you did? You got her in trouble!”
