BARTOW -- Bond has been set at $300,000 for a former Polk County teacher accused of having sex with three students.

Jennifer Fichter, 29, is facing 2 counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor in connection with the second case. On Friday, a judge sent bond at $15,000 per count. There was an additional one count bonus charge through the Polk Sheriff's Office.

Fichter is also facing three counts through the Hillsborough Sheriff's Office and six counts through Lakeland Police. Officers say more charges could be coming.

On Thursday, detectives said a third student told them he had been involved in a sexual relationship with Fichter. No charges have been filed in the third case, as officials said they are still investigating.

Earlier this week, Fichter was fired from her job with Central Florida Aerospace Academy in Lakeland.
