About 9:45 a.m. Thursday at the store's parking lot, 2350 Cortez Road W., the driver was stopped in front of another vehicle waiting to turn onto Cortez Road, when he backed up and hit the second vehicle. He then left the scene, according to a news release.

The driver was described as "an older white male with a balding head, white hair and glasses."

His vehicle was described as a white Honda or Hyundai four-passenger car with black marks on the right rear bumper from the crash, FHP said.
