Affordable Care Act not attracting high enrollment

April 24, 2014 

At the time that the Affordable Care Act was being signed into law, Rep. Nancy Pelosi came before the nation and stated that now some 40 million Americans without health care insurance would be able to get health care coverage.

Now fast forward to today and the government claims the Affordable Care Act has been a wonder, a success, with 8 million signing on.

What has happened to the other 32 million people?
