San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and two other NFL players are being investigated for a possible sexual assault that took place last week at a luxury Brickell condominium owned by one of the players.

Though no charges have been filed, a police incident report says an unnamed woman went to visit Seattle Seahawks wideout Ricardo Lockette at his apartment at the Viceroy at 11 p.m. April 1, and found Kaepernick and a teammate, 49ers receiver Quinton Patton, there as well.

After the woman mixed drinks, she told police, she gave the three men shots, and they persuaded her to take a “hit” of marijuana from a bong.

Later that night, the woman said she began to feel lightheaded and went to the bedroom to undress with Kaepernick, who the woman told police she has had a sexual relationship with in the past.

The next thing the woman remembers, according to the report, was waking up in the hospital. She told Miami police she doesn’t know how she got there. The report doesn’t list the hospital.

The incident was first reported on the entertainment and gossip website TMZ, which shows a picture of Kaepernick wearing a black tank top while surrounded by several women near a pool. A note at the bottom of the picture says Viceroy Miami April 5.

The woman alerted police to the alleged incident on April 3. Calls to Kaepernick’s agent Scott Smith were not returned early Thursday afternoon.
