SARASOTA -- Sarasota police on Friday released surveillance photos detectives say show a man as he was stealing several bicycles in December, according to a news release.

The suspect "was captured on camera taking multiple bicycles from a rack inside a downtown parking garage, located near Sixth Street and Coconaut Avenue in Sarasota," the release states.

Detectives have been investigating, but they have not been able to develop a suspect. One of the bicycles has been recovered.
