Brother-sister burglary suspects arrested in Manatee

MANATEE – A man and his sister have been charged with burglary and violation of probation, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

A witness told detectives he saw Gary Judd, 26, pulling into 6332 Cornell Road W. on March 19, in a white Isuzu with his sister, Teresa Northcutt, 39, according to a news release.

Northcutt reportedly before entering a screened-in area. Judd reportedly stood in the doorway as the female came out with a Craftsman lawnmower, which they loaded into the back of the vehicle before leaving.

The witness reportedly took photos of the vehicle and the suspects before phoning law enforcement.

Northcutt was arrested Monday on unrelated charges. She reportedly admitted taking the lawnmower. She was charged with burglary Wednesday.

Judd was arrested on a burglary warrant Wednesday, according to the news release, already on probation for burglary, trafficking, obstruction, dealing in stolen property and fraud.
