Bradenton massage therapist charged with inappropriately touching client

BRADENTON-- A Bradenton massage therapist has been charged with inappropriately touching a client during a massage, according to Bradenton police.

On Sunday, Kevin J. Holmes, 61, a licensed massage therapist, was giving a massage to a woman at Muscle Eze, 2606 Manatee Ave. W., when he "touched her inappropriately without her consent, a news release states.

The woman reported the incident to police on Tuesday, and Holmes was arrested on Thursday, police said.

Holmes faces a charge of misdemeanor battery.

Holmes was released from the Manatee County jail after posting a $500 bond.
