TAMPA -- Police are looking for a man and a woman suspected in three armed robberies that happened overnight in Tampa.

The robberies took place at two ATMs and in the parking garage of the Grand Hyatt near the Courtney Campbell Causeway.

According to police, the first robbery happened Tuesday at 10:34 p.m. at a Bank of America ATM on North Westshore Boulevard. A woman drove up to the ATM to withdraw money, and while she was removing the money from the machine, a man approached and pointed a handgun at her.

Police said the man then grabbed the money from her and told her to drive away. The man fled the scene in a black-colored two-door sedan driven by another person.

The second robbery took place at 10:51 p.m. at a Bank of America ATM on W. Kennedy Boulevard. The victim drove up to the ATM machine and put his debit card and PIN into the machine, then noticed a black two-door sedan stop behind him in the ATM lane.

From Bay News 9:

Police said a man got out of the car and approached the victim, then pointed a gun at home and told him to drive away. As the man drove off, the suspect took money from the ATM machine and fled.

In both instances, police said the victims were not injured.

The victims told police they had just eaten breakfast at Denny's when they drove to the hotel and parked in the garage. They were watching videos on their cell phones when two suspects walked up to them on foot.

The first suspect pointed a gun at the couple, demanding their cash, police said. The couple gave them money and jewelry. The second suspect stood by the driver's door armed with a pistol.

The suspects then fled in a black vehicle that is possibly a Nissan or a Toyota, police said.

Police searched for the suspects using K-9 and aviation units, but they were unable to find them.
