MANATEE -- The Gold Star Club of Manatee County is offering a $10,000 reward for a man who is wanted in connection with the 2013 murder of his 30-year-old ex-girlfriend.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for Andres Collazos, 25, who flew to Colombia on June 23 the same day his ex-girlfriend, Jazmin Catano, was found dead in her West Bradenton apartment.

Collazos has been a fugitive since that time. The U.S. Marshals office has been working with Colombian authorities to extradite him if and when he is located.

Manatee County Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward of up to $1,000 in connection to the case.

Anyone with information on Collazos' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 866-634-TIPS or the sheriff's office at 941-747-3011, ext. 2518.
