Woman robs man's phone, wallet, walking cane in Bradenton

MANATEE -- A 58-year-old man told deputies a woman with whom he had intimate with for the past three months stole his phone, wallet and walking cane, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

About 9:25 p.m. Wednesday, the man and woman got into a struggle after she stole his phone. During the struggle, the suspect also took the man's wallet from his pants and his walking cane, according to a news release.

The suspect then fled in an unknown direction, according to the report.

The robbery happened in the 3400 block of 53rd Avenue West, Bradenton, according to the sheriff's office.
