Prosecutors on Wednesday released surveillance video of singer Justin Bieber urinating while at the Miami Beach police station.

The videos are not graphic. One shows Bieber, his back to the camera and mostly covered by a small wall in the corner of the frame, as he urinates for a drug test.

For Miami-Dade prosecutors, the urine test is key in showing that the Canadian pop star was under the influence of drugs while he drove a Lamborghini through a South Beach residential neighborhood in January. The tests showed he had marijuana and Xanax in his system.

Two other videos, which will likely be released Thursday, also show Bieber while urinating at the police station. But a Miami-Dade judge this week ordered prosecutors to blur out areas of the video that may depict his genitalia.

“He has not lost his expectation of dignity, and that’s what’s most important here,” Miami-Dade County Judge Bill Altfield told lawyers in court Tuesday.

His defense team had objected to the release of the videos, arguing that the public had no right to see the footage. Lawyers for the media objected, saying the clips were public records under Florida law.

Under the judge’s order, a State Attorney’s technician is working with the judge to blur out the questionable footage.

Lawyers will meet next week to set a possible trial date for Bieber.
