Weather alert: Fog could slow morning commute in Bradenton

MANATEE -- Patchy dense fog is possible Monday morning in Bradenton and the rest of Tampa, particularly along the Gulf Coast, according to the National Weather Service.

But once it clears, expect another warm, sunny day in Bradenton. Forecasters are calling for a high of 77, with light and variable winds becoming southwesterly at 10 to 15 mph. Gusts could reach 21 mph, according to the Weather Service.

Monday night's low is expected to be about 62. Patchy fog could return after 1 a.m., according to the forecast.

Rain is possible Tuesday through at least Friday, according to the forecast.
