Bradenton police investigate drive-by shooting

February 26, 2014

BRADENTON -- Police are investigating a drive-by shooting Tuesday that left no one hurt.

About 4:51 p.m., the victim, who is a juvenile, and the suspect were in an argument and agreed to fight at the 7-Eleven store at 1120 First St. W.

"The fight never occurred and as the juvenile was walking home from the store, the suspect drove by in a vehicle and fired two shots out of the vehicle," a Bradenton police report states.

The vehicle was last seen going south on First Street West.

The victim was not hurt, and he was uncooperative with investigating officers, police said.
