Big Game Taste Fest: The Fresh Market, 6701 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton, is having a Big Game Taste Fest, 1-6 p.m. Jan. 31-Feb. 1. Shoppers can stop by The Fresh Market stores to take advantage of special offers and enjoy samples of some of the specialty grocer's favorite snacking and entertaining items including Spicy Southwest Cheese Dip, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Chicken Enchilada Dip, Crazy Cajun Snack Mix, Flavored Pistachios, TFM Thin Crust Pizzas, Zevia Soda and more. Mattison's Super Bowl Party: Chef Paul Mattison hosts a Big Game Party on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 2 at both Mattison's restaurant locations in Sarasota offering large screen TVs, prizes and game day specials including Chef Paul Mattison's signature chicken wings, crispy calamari, pizzas, burgers and more. Happy hour starts at 4 p.m. Full menus available along with dinner and drink specials. Kick-off is at approximately 6:30 p.m. Mattison's Forty-One, 7275 S. Tamiami Trail, will be open 4-9 p.m. and Mattison's City Grille, 1 N. Lemon Ave. will be open 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Royal Tea Service: Simply Gourmet features a traditional Royal English tea service at 2 p.m. Feb. 4, 11, 18 and 25 and March 4 and 11 at the Powel Crosley Estate, 8374 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. Tea will be served in the exclusive upstairs living area of the mansion overlooking the bay. Tickets are $32. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Crosley Foundation. Wine dinner: Harry's Continental Kitchens,525 St. Judes Drive,Longboat Key, will hold a wine dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 5 to benefit the Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center in Sarasota. Harry's will pair Morgan Wines with Harry's food. The evening will start off with passed hors d'oeuvres, and then four more courses matched with Morgan wines. Price including tip and tax is $125 per person, with a portion to benefit the Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center. Reservations: 941-383-0777. Libby's offering Saturday brunch: Libby's is now offering Saturday Brunch every week, including its award-winning 60+ ingredient Bloody Mary and mimosa bar ($9 first visit with $4 refills.) Guests will also be entertained by DJ Russ Deep, who will be spinning funk, Motown, pop and soul music to complement Libby's contemporary twists on the classic brunch fare. Brunch menu highlights include the Libbypalooza, "everything breakfast on a plate," blueberry pancakes, baked eggs, lamb shank hash, Chicken N' Waffle slider plate and much more. The restaurant is at 1917 Osprey Ave. off Hillview in Southside Village. Jazz Brunch on the Beach: The Sandbar, 100 Spring Ave., Anna Maria, is now serving Brunch on the Beach 10 a.m.-1 p.m. every Sunday. Jazz music is provided by the Lou Harris Quartet featuring Koko Ray. Brunch at the Sandbar is available inside the dining room or on the covered open air deck with toes-in-the-sand tables available. Reservations are not required, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
