New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle was named to the Pro Bowl on Monday as a replacement for Seattle's Earl Thomas.
Rolle has started every game in four straight seasons, leading the Giants in tackles the last three. He had 98 tackles this past season.
"It was definitely one of my best years," said Rolle. "Not so much for the big plays I made, but for being a very, very consistent player at whatever position I'm asked to play."
The 31-year old will make his third Pro Bowl appearance -- first since 2010 -- after leading the Giants with a career-high six interceptions and also registering a career-best two sacks.
Thomas and the Seahawks are going to the Super Bowl after beating San Francisco in Sunday's NFC title game.
