Concerned citizens meet with Long Bar Pointe developer and Parrish resident Carlos Beruff at the Cortez, FL, Fisherman's Hall on July 11, 2013. This is a shot of the initial welcome and the crowd gathered for the start of the meeting. The meeting was held to for concerned parties and local residents to obtain information from Beruff about his plans for Long Bar Pointe. The property to be developed runs along a pristine coastal area and borders the Cortez fishing village.
