Cincinnati, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - San Diego Chargers wide receiver Eddie Royal is active for Sunday's AFC Wild-Card Round against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Royal caught three passes for 34 yards and a touchdown during San Diego's Week 17 win that vaulted the team into the playoffs, but the 27-year-old speedster did not practice all week due to a lingering toe injury and was listed as questionable on the final injury report.

Running back Ryan Mathews (ankle) is in the lineup despite missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday and being limited during Friday's session.

Defensive lineman Sean Lissemore will not play due to a shoulder injury.

As for the Bengals, tight ends Tyler Eifert (neck) and Jermaine Gresham (hamstring) are back in the lineup after they both missed the regular-season finale against Baltimore.

Cornerback Terence Newman, as expected, will not play due to a knee injury, while defensive end Wallace Gilberry (concussion) and center Kyle Cook (foot) are active despite being listed as questionable.
