LAKEWOOD RANCH -- A Kenosha, Wis., company has purchased a 20,500-square-foot office building in Lakewood Ranch for $4.3 million.

Lake Jackson Venture LTD bought the single-story building at 6802 Energy Court on Dec. 20 from Sarasota-based TK Investment Properties LLC. That company, which is managed by Thomas E. Its Florida client list includes USF Health, Orlando Health and the University of Florida.

Lake Jackson Venture is a subsidiary of Kenosha, Wis.-based Bear Development. The company owns and manages properties in 11 states throughout the north central and southern U.S.
