It's been a good month for Alan Galetto.

Over the course of three days earlier this month, Galetto - an agent with Holmes Beach-based Island Realty - sold a $3.1 million beachfront home and a $2.62 million condo on Anna Maria Island.

According to Manatee County records, William MacMillan purchased the condo at 3716 Gulf Dr. in Holmes Beach on Dec. 17. Sellers were Patrick and Kaye McConnell. Galetto said the selling price was the highest ever paid for a condo on Anna Maria Island.

Tom Nelson, who is also with Island Realty, represented the sellers.

The McConnells purchased 3,247-square-foot condo in 2003 for $550,000, according to county records.

The first-floor condo is the largest of three in the Le Marais Sud building. It features three bedrooms, three full baths, two half baths, and 672 square feet of beach, according to the listing on Island Realty's website.

The home, 95 52nd St., fea

tures 145 feet of beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico. The structure itself measures 2,988 square feet, and features three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, and a pool, according to Island Realty's online listing. The one-story home was built in 2003 by Brent Whitehead Construction.

Galetto was a listing agent, while Island Realty agent Kathleen White was both a listing and buyer's agent on the transaction.

The Dec. 19 sale had not been registered with Manatee County as of this week.

The sellers were Ronald and Karen Kreps. White declined to name the buyer.
