Neal breaks ground on new University Park model

December 18, 2013

UNIVERSITY PARK -- John Neal Homes has broken ground on its newest model, The Savoy, in the Landsdowne Crescent neighborhood in University Park.

The Savoy is a one-story floorplan with 2,547 square feet, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a grand entry, and a den. The Savoy model will be located on the third hole of the University Park golf course.

John Neal Homes is the exclusive builder in the newest section of University Park where homes will be secluded yet close to all the amenities.

"Lansdowne Crescent will feature single-family homes in the neo-classical design for which University Park has become known," said John Neal, president and CEO of the Lakewood Ranch-based luxury home building company. "All of the homes will look onto a crescent designed landscaped park centerpiece as the focal point for the neighborhood. It will truly be something unique and beautiful."

The Savoy model is expected to be open in February.
