Atheist chastises fellow atheists for complaining about Christmas

Atheist Display

An 8-and-a-half foot tall letter "A," which stands for Atheist or Agnostic, erected by the Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation, is on display at the annual Christmas market in Chicago's Daley Plaza, Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, in Chicago. Members of the group say it's meant to send a message that they believe that religious displays on public property are a violation of the separation of church and state. (AP Photo/Kiichiro Sato)

First of all, I am an atheist, and for some reason fellow atheists complain and complain about religious symbols and Christmas. Scene atheism is built on a belief of science. I suspect other atheists do not believe in ghosts and witches, but I never see anyone complaining around Halloween. Why is it you have to pick on other people's beliefs to feel superior? A superior person would let people believe what they want.

Merry Christmas to all.
