I'm Catholic, and I'm very excited that Pope Francis was named TIME magazine's 2013 "Person of the Year."

He was named "Person of the Year" not only because he became the new Pope after the resignation of Benedict XVI, but he is also the first Pope from the Americas, the first Pope from the Southern Hemisphere, and the first Jesuit Pope. He also cared for many people around the world, and he is a very nice man. He will also become the greatest Pope of all time.

Congratulations, Pope Francis, on becoming TIME magazine's 2013 "Person of the Year!"
