Take a tour of the area's Christmas light displays

December 15, 2013

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, with neighborhoods dotted with brightly lit houses and yards.

There are homes decked out in multicolored lights and simple but elegant icicle lights. There are huge inflatable Santas and bears. There are trees made of lights and there are real trees that look so cool with lights snaking along their branches.

And there are homes with Nativity scenes, stars and angels, reminding us of the real reason for the season.

If you like to drive around and look at the decorations, this list will help get you started. There's still time to add your home's display to our holiday lights list at Bradenton.com/lights.
