Holiday postage stamp tells a troubling story

December 1, 2013

Where is Christmas mentioned in the USPS promotion for "holiday" mail delivered to our mailboxes?

Three stamps are displayed: A lighted menorah for Hanukkah; a warm embrace around the world with songs of praise for Kwanzaa; and -- ta-da! -- a gingerbread house! Not a stable or a church for Christ, the Son of God, whose name alone reflects the season.

Small wonder that crime is rampant, suicides are mounting, children are abused, church pews are emptying and the threat of global terror hangs over all. Why now? Think about it.
