2 face drug trafficking charges after arrests in Bradenton

— Two men are facing drug trafficking charges following their arrests Friday night, according to Bradenton Police.

Robert Cadet, 21, and Michael Taylor, 22, each face charges of trafficking and heroin and trafficking in a controlled substance (Hydromorphone), according to a Bradenton police report.

The men also each face charges of tampering with evidence.

Cadet faces additional charges of tampering with evidence and driving while license suspended (second offense), authorities said.

The men were arrested at 5:33 p.m. in the 1300 block of 23rd Avenue West. They were being held in Manatee County jail Saturday morning.
