Gunman robs Domino's Pizza store in Bradenton, pepper sprays employees

MANATEE -- A masked gunman Tuesday evening robbed a Domino's Pizza store in Bradenton, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

About 8:05 p.m., the robber entered the store at 4511 Manatee Ave. W. and demanded money, according to a news release.

Before leaving with about $100, the robber ordered employees to lie on the ground and then pepper sprayed them.

No one was injured.

The robber was described as standing about 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 230 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and a white bandana over his face, the sheriff's office said.
