Far right position defended despite critics of Tea Party

November 12, 2013

Thank you for printing Mr. Steveley's response to my Oct. 23 letter. As expected and right on cue, the socialist response is precisely what one would expect.

As far as the organizations are concerned, the statement stands and those mentioned are just a sampling of anti-socialist movements that are open and available free for the asking. Yes, they will have bills to pay just like all of us and they appreciate any donations no matter how small.

After many years observing the many attempts to put the U.S. down from outside, I still feel it's much better to be far in the right instead of the left. If one demands the truth, those organizations don't mince words about protection of American freedoms and how to keep them and retain one's self-respect.

History speaks to those who will heed and in the long run socialism always fails, usually miserably. I'll take freedom any day. Many thanks and God Bless the Tea Party.
