Aubrey Lynch, recruiting principal at CS&L CPAs, has been named a "40 Under 40" honoree by CPA Practice Advisor, a national accounting publication. This is the third consecutive year that Lynch has been honored on the list for her impact on the accounting profession.

The CPA Practice Advisor "40 Under 40" program recognizes top accounting professionals who are contributing to the field through distinctively advancing the practice, helping their firm achieve a higher level of productivity, or by enhancing the image of the profession. Lynch specializes in estate, gift and succession planning, and international tax. She earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Florida. She is the past president of the Estate Planning Council of Manatee County, former co-chair of the United Way Campaign Committee, and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeffrey S. Goethe recently presented "Gifts to Lawyers and Other Disqualified Persons" for the Manatee Estate Planning Council. Goethe is a board-certified wills, trusts and estates attorney practicing with Barnes Walker, Goethe & Hoonhout, Chartered.

Blanda Glisson has joined RoseBay International Inc. as a sales associate in the Southside Village office in Sarasota. She has seven years of real estate home staging experience. Glisson was born and raised in Winter Haven and moved to the Sarasota area in 2004. Glisson has been active in the Sarasota Association of Realtors, Manatee Association of Realtors, Business Network International and Women's Council of Realtors.

Susannah Cripe has been named executive director for the Foundation for Dreams and Dream Oaks Camp. Cripe brings almost 20 years of experience in working with children and adults as a director in non profits that serve individuals with special needs. She has an extensive understanding of the medical, physical and psychological needs that come with caring for a broad vari

ety of disabilities. As executive director of the Foundation for Dreams, Cripe will oversee the all operations at Dream Oaks Camp. Cripes's community involvement has included serving as a board member for the Respite Coalition for the State of Florida, Foundation for Dreams Board of Directors, and Children First of Sarasota. She is a member of the Community Organizations Active and Disaster organization in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Realtor Jane R. Bear has joined the Manatee Avenue office of RE/MAX Alliance Group as a buyer agent with the Travis Group. An area resident for 48 years, Jane has a wealth of local knowledge to complement her 38 years of real estate experience. She returns to RE/MAX Alliance Group after five years with Keller Williams Realty. A buyer's specialist for the past 13 years, Bear has experience with first-time buyers, relocations, "snow birds" and investors.
