Three businesses sign leases for offices, retail space in Bradenton

BRADENTON -- Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group has handled three recent leases: T. Wynne Art & Design Inc. has renewed its lease of 1,625 square feet in the Bradenton Financial Center, 1401 Manatee Ave. W.; Gentiva Health Services has leased 3,527 square feet of medical office space at 714 Manatee Ave. E; Twice as Nice Thrift Store has leased a 1,063-square-foot retail space in the Cortez Village Shopping Center, 6673 Cortez Road W.
