James Patterson coming to Bradenton

The best-selling author will sign his novels on Oct. 30

James Patterson, the best-selling author of books for children and adults, is coming to Bradenton.

He'll be at Inches Fitness, 4702 Cortez Road, Bradenton, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 30.

Among grown-up readers, Patterson's best known for his Alex Cross series, which includes such titles as "Kiss the Girls" and "Along Came a Spider." His Middle School, Maximum Ride, Daniel X and Witch & Wizard series for young readers have spent more than 230 weeks on national best-seller lists.

At Inches, he'll sign one book for each adult and up to two for each child. Books won't be for sale on-site.
