Faces in business: Bobbie Jo Redmon

October 16, 2013

Bobbie Jo Redmon

Title: Clinical Supervisor

Company: North River Dental

What was the best business advice you ever received?

It's all about customer service. Giving the customer 100 percent service and do this with a smile. Listen to and hear what they say and have patience. People are our business.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

Nursing. Because I really enjoy helping people.

What's the biggest risk you have taken in your career?

Not having any formal training in the dental profession starting out at the front desk moving my way up to a dental assistant position and now clinical supervisor. There was more fear than risk involved with that.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

Europe, starting out in Italy, then France and continue to travel the rest of the continent.
