All aboard the cow train at Dakin Dairy Farm Festival

MYAKKA CITY -- The Dakin Dairy Farm Festival celebrated its fifth year Saturday with farm animals, country music, down-home cooking and some good ol' fashioned family fun.

New to this year's celebration: A mac-and-cheese cookoff, with festival-goers sampling entrants' cheesy concoctions, some of which included bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, poblano peppers.

And of course, the cow train was running all day long, taking little ones on a loop through the cornfield. There were also pony rides, calf wrangling, cornhole tossing and more.
