Corvette show stirs fond memories of the '60s

I was really pleased to see in the Bradenton Herald the enthusiastic crowds at Cox Chevrolet with the debut of the 2014 Corvette Stingray.

As kids growing up in the late '60s, we would ride our bikes downtown to Cox Chevy and try and get a glimpse of the new model Chevys. Everyone was excited to see the new styles. I have always loved Corvettes. How can you not? The new 2014 "Vette" is an awesome example of American technology hands down! Now, indeed, is the best time to "see the USA in a Chevrolet."

And all the above was written by a diehard Ford freak. Doesn't get any better than that!
