Blake Hospital staff kind in normalizing breathing

September 20, 2013

I went to Blake Hospital's Emergency Room the morning of Sept. 9. I had just woken up and found I was having a problem breathing.

My neighbor drove me over to Blake and as we drove my breathing worsened. I walked into the emergency room and immediately people at the desk knew what was happening, made a quick call and took me immediately into the ER.

By the time I got to a room, there were five or six doctors and nurses ready to take care of me. They went right to work talking quietly to me, explaining what they were doing and keeping me calm.

Within the hour I was back to normal and able to go home. Blake Hospital, you are great and have the kindest doctors and nurses.
