GRANT JEFFERIES/gjefferies@bradenton.com Paxton Richards, a.k.a "P-ManÓ, owner of P-Man's Classic Cycle Paint, with his 1976 Triumph 750 Bonneville that he is restoring. Richards is the organizer of the seventh annual Hotrod Hoedown that will take place this Saturday at his shop at 721 Seventh Avenue West in Bradenton. Richards is also the leader/guitarist of the Downshifters that will be one of the bands performing at the event.
