What was the best business advice you ever received?
To love what you do. It makes it much easier to come in each day and face any task with a good attitude if you enjoy what you're doing.
If you could choose another profession, what would it be?
I really enjoy what I am doing right now. Before working as a corporate accountant I worked in the service industry. I missed that and came back to it.
What's the biggest risk you have taken in your career?
Buying this business, going on my own and using personal funds to finance it. It is the first time I have ever done something like this.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?
I'd take a cooking tour of Italy and then I'd continue to Paris and experience some of the French pastry shops.
