Detectives looking for woman in Sarasota 7-Eleven robbery

SARASOTA -- The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is searching for a woman responsible for a robbery at local 7-Eleven, according to a news release.

The woman is wanted for the robbery that occurred at 4:40 a.m. on Aug. 18 at the store at 5754 Clark Road, according to a news release.

The woman is said to have been wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and what appeared to be a blonde wig. She was seen leaving in an older model white Oldsmobile Aurora.

Detectives are also trying to identify another woman and a man who were possibly with her earlier that evening.
