Adam Chicoine has returned to RE/MAX Alliance Group's Siesta Key office after working with Michael Saunders & Co. A licensed Florida Realtor since 1991, he is an e-PRO and certified distressed property expert. He has earned numerous performance awards, placing in the top 5 percent of all sales associates in the United States, and has received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for client satisfaction every year since 2006. Chicoine served six years as a director for the Sarasota Association of Realtors and holds leadership positions on several committees. He is a member of the finance committee for My Florida Regional MLS.

Mary Fabre LeVine, a principal attorney with Blalock Walters, P.A., has been elected president of the board of directors for the Port Manatee Propeller Club. The Propeller Club focuses on maritime community interests on a local, national and international basis. The Port Manatee chapter will host the Propeller Clubs from ports throughout the Southeastern United States next April, part of the Southeast Regional Area Conference in Bradenton and Port Manatee.

Kristi Service has joined Keller Williams. Service originated mortgages for more than five years before joining the firm. More recently, Service worked as a short-sale negotiator, where she successfully approved hundreds of deals for her clients. Service has partnered with another Keller Williams on the Water agent, Andrew Haddad, to form Team SRQ. In her spare time, Service enjoys volunteering at her church and for Guardian ad Litem, where she stands as a voice for foster children in the court system. She is currently launching a non-profit to benefit foster kids who are aging out of the system.

Mo Guimei, Realtor, has joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate working from its St. Armands Circle office where has already put his fluency in French and Italian to good use.

Formerly a finance executive in the hotel industry, Guimei provides clients financial analysis of pending purchases.
