Manatee reclaimed water suspended at 6 a.m. Tuesday for 1 day

MANATEE – Reclaimed water service will be suspended for about 24 hours at 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Crews are working to upgrade the Southwest Waste Water Reclamation Facility to ensure compliance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection requirements and improve service to reclaimed water users in west and northwest Manatee.

Work will mean redirecting reclaimed water line pipes and suspending reclaimed water service for one day.

Reclaimed water service is scheduled to resume at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
