Special thanks: Kudos to LyteWorks employees

August 2, 2013

A few weeks ago my wife and I were shopping. We stopped at LyteWorks to look at their wonderful display of lamps. Unknown to us on the way out from shopping she lost her watch that I had given to her as an engagement present. Needless to say, she was upset.

I fortunately looked in the Bradenton Herald under Lost and Found and there was an ad that stated "Found Ladies Watch." Here is the best part -- an employee found the watch in the parking lot and brought it in and gave it to the owner, Becky Parra. She, in turn, turned it over to a wonderful employee named Barbara Ripley who placed the ad and put the watch in their safe.

What a wonderful display of honesty and caring by all involved. Thank so much.

Clancy's car show a success

We would like to thank all the customers, participants and those who helped organize our first "Classic Car Night." You made it a success. It was great to see so many new faces. Also, thanks to all of you for your input on our first show. We're looking forward to making our next show on Aug. 17 even bigger and better. See you there.
