5 Bradenton neighbors call in unlocked car burglaries

— Five neighboring Bradenton homes were victimized during a string of car burglaries Saturday, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Residents included: • 6140 Seventh Ave. W. • 6024 Seventh Ave. W. • 6102 Seventh Ave. W. • 6324 Seventh Ave. W. • 6204 Seventh Ave. Dr. W.

Sometime during Saturday night, unlocked vehicles were entered. MSO reports $1 in change, a purse and a Nintendo Game Cube were taken. Several victims were not sure anything was taken.

There were no signs of forced entry and the vehicles were processed, according to Sgt. Cary Chapman.
