MANATEE -- The outlook for Tuesday's weather: hot, muggy and a 30 percent chance of rain.

Summer is here in full force. Today brings scattered clouds with the possibility of an isolated thunderstorm developing this afternoon, Bay News 9 reports. High in Manatee County: 92F. Winds are southerly at 5 to 10 mph.

Chance of rain increases tonight to 40 percent, with the low temps at 74F.
