Main Street Live finale: Main Street, Bradenton

The final Main Street Live of the season will be 6 p.m. to midnight June 20 featuring live music by Kim Betts & the Gamble Creek Band, and arts and crafts. The event is free an open to the public. Friday Fest at the Van Wezel: Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, 777 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota

The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall opens up its waterfront terrace to beach chairs, local vendors, and the finest local entertainers with Friday Fest 6-9 p.m. June 21 featuring live music by Yesterdayze. The Onshore Offshore Boat Show: Bradenton Area Convention Center, 1 Haben Blvd., Palmetto

The Onshore Offshore Boat Show will be 1-8 p.m. June 21, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. June 22, and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. June 23. Attendees will be able to browse a vast selection of new boats, along with boating accessories, fishing gear, and much more. Expert speakers will be appearing on two stages throughout the weekend, discussing boating, fishing and outdoors adventures. A race boat from the upcoming Sarasota Suncoast Super Boat Grand Prix will be on display and attendees will be able to meet and interact with the race teams. Bradenton Food Truck Rally: Cortez Plaza East, 617 Cortez Road, Bradenton

Food truck rallies will 2-6 p.m. June 22, July 27 and Aug. 24, featuring 12 of the Tampa Bay region's finest food trucks with additional entertainment for the family. The June 22 event will include these food trucks: The CheeseSteak Truck, Jimmy Meatballs, Rollin Zoinks, Renny's Oki Doki, Mike's Off The Hook, Whatever Pops, BB's Moving Cafe, Mobile Munchiez and more to be announced. Summer Antiques, Arts and Crafts Fair: Mixon Fruit Farm. 2525 27th St. E., Bradenton

Mixon Fruit Farms will host a Summer Antiques, Arts and Crafts Fair 9 a.m.-3 p.m. June 22 and every fourth Saturday of the month through September. The event will feature various artists, collectors and antique dealers and vendors. Visitors will be able to tour the groves by tram and the wildlife rescue preseve. Information: 941-748-5829.

Amateur Radio Field Day: Living Lord Lutheran Church, 11107 Palmbrush Trail, Lakewood Ranch

The public is invited to join a group of local Amateur Radio operators as they join over 35,000 operators firing up portable radio stations from unexpected locations, such as churches, malls, schools, and yards all around the country beginning at noon June 22 through 3 p.m. June 23. The radio operators provide communications support during major emergencies and are often among the first to provide rescuers with critical information. The event is free and open to the public. "Wallenda -- Beyond Belief Viewing and Street Party": Mattison's City Grille, Main Street, Sarasota

Mattison's and Circus Sarasota will host the second annual "Wallenda -- Beyond Belief Viewing and Street Party -- from Sarasota to the Grand Canyon" 7-11 p.m. June 23. The public can view Nik Wallenda crossing the Grand Canyon live on the Jumbotron video screen. The street party is on Lemon Avenue between Main Street and First Avenue and will feature a variety of circus performances by international circus artists and youth performers from the Sailor Circus. Hands-on family-friendly circus activities including balloon making, face-painting, low wire walking, street vendors, prize drawings, live auction, live music and more. The event is free and open to the public. The fundraising event supports Circus Sarasota. VIP tickets are $100 and include a reserved seating area near the main stage and a special menu with wine.
